Similar to the Honduran Pre-germ in versatility, this washed coffee from El Salvador is a fantastic all around coffee. This coffee offers a bit more complexity in the flavor profile with hints of black tea, currant and orange peel. 

 

Located in the northern part of the San Miguel Volcano, cultivated mainly with the Bourbon and Pacas varieties. This farm has a considerable amount of shade, a climate between 19 and 30 C as well as a very stable annual rainfall of 78-80 inches. Santa Isabel is known for producing a rich, medium acidity cup of coffee.
