Monte Vista - Honduras (Washed)

An excellent all around coffee, great in any method. A very balanced coffee with a sweet toffee profile.

Juan Hipp and family have been running this farm in Honduras for generations. They stopped into our shop one afternoon and we became quick friends. We now buy directly from them and plan to visit their operation and homestead as soon as we can. They are doing things right and are focused on quality production from start to finish. We are very lucky to have the opportunity to work with them and we hope you enjoy too.
