Monte Vista - Honduras (Honey Process)

This Honey Processed Honduran has a bit of tart sweetness with a very smooth finish. An excellent coffee for drip or espresso!

Juan Hipp and family have been running this farm in Honduras for generations. They stopped into our shop one afternoon and we became quick friends. We now buy directly from them and plan to visit their operation and homestead as soon as we can. They are doing things right and are focused on quality production from start to finish.
