The same bean as the El Salvador Santa Isable, but in a natural process! This results in a fruit forward, much sweeter coffee. It's fantastic as a pour over or espresso! In this coffee we taste notes of milk chocolate, black cherry and honey!
Located in the northern part of the San Miguel Volcano, cultivated mainly with the Bourbon and Pacas varaeties. THis farm has a considerable amount of shade, a climate between 19 and 30 C as well as a very stable annual rainfall of 78-80 inches. Santa Isabel is known for producing a rich, medium acidity cup of coffee.
